Keeping your Biostrap devices charged is easy! Normally, it should take about 90 minutes to fully charge either of the devices.

With normal usage, you can expect:
3-5 days from the wristband and
5-7 days from the shoeclip 

First, plug in your charger to a powered USB port (the LEDs should light up white).

Then, place the Wristband in the slot towards the back of the charger as shown in the illustration below, and the Pod in the slot towards the front of the charger with the Biostrap logo facing UP. 

The white lights on the charger will turn orange next to each device when charging properly. Each LED will blink or remain white if not charging properly or if the device is not placed properly.

Having trouble? Please remove the device from the charger under any of the following scenarios.

  • App shows battery-percentage as 100% but the charger is still showing orange color LED.
  • LED on the charger changes color from orange to white, but the App is showing the battery-percentage as less than 100%.

LED color on the charger is shown as orange and the battery-percentage shown in the App is not increasing. It is stuck at number less than 100%.



Is your device not holding charge? Take a look at the following possible scenarios.

  1. The App is not able to find my device.

Perform one OR all of the steps described below. With that, your App will be able to discover your device.

  • Go go Account Tab, click on the device then click on the Reset menu item.
  • Go to Settings menu of your phone.
  • Turn OFF and turn ON the Blue Tooth.
  • Kill the App and Restart it.


2. When I place my device on the charger, LED color of the charger does not change to Orange, instead it stays as white.

Normally, it should take about 90 minutes to fully charge either of the devices.

Please assume that your device is fully changed when under any of the following scenarios.

  • App shows battery-percentage as 100% but the charger is still showing orange color LED.
  • LED on the charger changes color from orange to white, but the App is showing the battery-percentage as less than 100%.
  • LED color on the charger is shown as orange and the battery-percentage shown in the App is not increasing. It is stuck at number less than 100%.

3. Because my shoe-pod is losing Battery Percentage rapidly from 100% down.

  • It is normal for shoe-pod to lose the battery percentage rapidly from 100%. But, it will stabilize at about 90 to 95%. after that will drop normally and will last for 5 to 7 days.


Having trouble charging?

Scenario – 1

It is possible that your device battery is fully discharge.

  • Please place the device on the charge.
  • Wait for few minutes.
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.

 

Scenario – 2 (If Scenario -1 does not work, try this.)

For iOS

  • Go to iPhone’s Settings screen.
  • Click on Bluetooth.
  • Turn it OFF
  • Turn it ON.
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connecte

 

For Android

 
Scenario – 3  (If Scenario-1 & Scenario-2 do not work, try this.)

  • Kill the Biostrap and then restart i
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.
