Occasionally when opening the app, the devices may appear disconnected until the app comes into the foreground.
The app will try to re-establish the connection, which should take anywhere between 5 to 20 seconds. From here on, the devices should stay connected.
If you are noticing your wristband device keeps disconnecting from the Biostrap app, please:
- Try Resetting the device(s)
- Tap on the disconnected image and select "Remove device", restart the app, then try to pair the device again
- Turning your phone's Bluetooth off then back on
- Restarting your phone
