Your Biostrap dashboard shows a summary of your resting heart rate (HR) for any given day you wear your wristband!

Click the “Resting HR” tile on the dashboard to view “Heart Rate Detail Page” for today's data.


The dots shown on the graph are the actual Heart Rate readings taken throughout the day and night.

The number shown above the graph (49 BPM, as shown in the screenshot above) is the median of all the readings taken that day,

You can click on Week to view a summary for he last 7 days, as shown below.

Here, we show the CV (Coefficient of Variance).

This number indicates how resilient you are to changes (physical, psychological, emotional, etc). The lower the number, the more resilient you are.

The number shown above the chart (53 BPM) is a median Heart Rate for the entire week.

In the screenshot shown above, it shows the summary of following matrixes for current week. 

  • Highest Heart Rate Value for the current week
  • Lowest Heart Rate Value for the current week
  • CV (Coefficient of Variance). This number indicates how resilient you are to changes (physical, psychological, emotional, etc). The lower the number, the more resilient you are.



You can click on Month to view summary of “Heart Rate” for previous 30 days, as shown below, or Year view for the past 365 days.
