Sometimes, it may take several minutes to analyze the biometric data. Please wait for a few minutes.

If the App is still stuck at the Analyzing stage even after waiting for several minutes, it is possible that data transferred from your wristband to the server got corrupted, and the server analyzing that corrupted data got stuck.

Try running another Biometric Recording Session after resetting the Wristband.

Reset the Wristband

  • Go to the Settings Tab.
  • Click on Wristband image, which will navigate you to the device detail page
  • From the device detail page, click on “Reset” menu item.
