We offer a 30-day return and 180-day warranty policy, please read through to understand all details of logistics, product exclusions, restocking fees, other fees, and the return timeline.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of the Biostrap Unit within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at support@biostrap.com with your reasons for returning to initiate the process.

*As a note, we do not refund any shipping costs*

For all customers in the U.S:

  • We provide a pre-paid return label that is valid for 10 days once approved
  • We do not reimburse for shipping materials
  • Return shipping after the pre-paid label expires will be paid by the customer, and not reimbursed
  • We do not expedite shipping for replacements

For all customers out of the U.S:

  • You will be responsible for all the local taxes and custom duty
  • Return shipping will be paid by the customer
  • We do not reimburse for shipping materials
  • We do not reimburse for return shipping costs
  • We do not reimburse the original international shipping costs

PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS:

As mentioned on the respective product pages, Keep A Breast branded products are ineligible for refunds.

In the event we choose to accept a refund for this product, 50% will be deducted for the committed donation to KAB, in addition to the standard restocking fees mentioned below.

We reserve the right to accept or decline these requests as we see fit.

RESTOCKING FEES:

All purchases after August 11, 2017 will incur a $25 restocking fee for the first set (Wristband, Biometric, and/or Total Health), plus an additional $10 restocking fee per set after the first one in the same order.

For example, if you return 1 Wristband, 1 Total Health Set and 1 Biometric Set from the same order number, the total restocking fee taken from your refund will be $45.

👉 Restocking fees still apply to orders where a replacement device was not requested within the 180 day warranty period.

We always replace units that aren't functioning perfectly, but if you get a replacement and still want to return, we will then waive the restocking fee.

OTHER FEES:

Orders returned with parts or accessories missing from the package will not be fully refunded.

Missing shoepod: $100
Missing charger base: $40
Missing wristband straps: $15
Missing original box: $5
Missing shoe clip: $1
Missing USB cord: $1

RETURN TIMELINE:

We count the 30 day return window as starting the day of delivery, per the shipment tracking link.  

Any returns outside of the 30 day window will be subject to an additional $25 restocking fee, and return shipping will not be reimbursed. We do not provide a return label in this case.

Any returns sent back outside of the 60 day window will not receive any refund. There will be no exceptions made.

Please send to the following address only, as shipments elsewhere (ie, to the local post office) will result in an additional $15 handling fee taken from your refund.
