Sometimes, it may take several minutes to analyze the biometric data. Please wait for few minutes.

If the App is still stuck at Analyzing stage even after waiting for several minutes, it is possible that data transferred from your wristband to the server got corrupted and server analyzing that corrupted data got stuck.

Try rerunning another Biometric Recording Session after resetting the Wristband.

Reset the Wristband

  • Go to Account Tab.
  • Click on Wrist Band image, which will navigate you to the device-detail page
  • From the device-detail page, click on “Reset” menu item.
