Syncing After Ending WORKOUT

When you END Workout, App will begin to sync data from both wristband and shoe-pod to your phone using Bluetooth.

To expedite the syncing process, please make sure:

  • ·You are on V1.0.2 or above
  • ·After you end your workout, you must make sure that your phone is near your wristband & shoe-pod. You must make sure that connection between the devices and phone is not disconnected OR signal is not too weak. That will slow down the syncing process.

It may be a good idea to remove your shoe-pad keep it in your hand along with your phone.

One hour of workout should not take more than few minutes to sync.

One trick to eliminate the sync time is to keep the App running in foreground without turning phone off and carry it with you while working out. Data from the devices will be continuously syncing while you are working out. When you click END button, syncing would not take more than few seconds as most of the data is already synced.

Syncing After Ending SLEEP

When you END Sleep, App will begin to sync data from the wristband to your phone using Bluetooth.

To expedite the syncing process, please make sure:

  • ·You are on V1.0.2 or above
  • ·After you end your sleep, you must make sure that your phone is near your wristband. You must make sure that connection between the devices and phone is not disconnected OR signal is not too weak. That will slow down the syncing process.

It may be a good idea to remove your wristband keep it on your phone.

Eight hours of sleep should not take more than few minutes to sync.

One trick to eliminate the sync time is to keep the App running in foreground without turning the phone off and keep it face down on the side table while you are sleeping. Data will be continuously syncing throughout the night. When you click END button, syncing would not take more than few seconds as most of the data is already synced.
