Scenario – 1

It is possible that your device battery is fully discharged.

  • Please place the device on the charge.
  • Wait for few minutes.
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.

Scenario – 2 (If Scenario -1 does not work, try this.)

  • For iOS
  • Go to iPhone’s Settings screen.
  • Click on Bluetooth.
  • Turn it OFF
  • Now Turn it ON.
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.

For Android

Scenario – 3  
(If Scenario-1 & Scenario-2 do not work, try this.)

  • Kill the Biostrap and then restart it
  • Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.
