Having trouble connecting? Try these steps below!
Android users: Make sure to turn on location services on your phone before attempting to connect your devices
Charge the Device
- Place the device on the charger base
- Wait for few minutes until you see the battery is charging (orange light)
- Go back to the Biostrap app and see if your devices are getting connected
Toggle the Bluetooth
iOS
- Go to iPhone’s Settings screen.
- Click on Bluetooth.
- Turn it OFF
- Now Turn it ON.
- Go back to the Biostrap app and see if your devices are getting connected
Android
- Kill the Biostrap and then restart it
- Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected.
Power Off Your Phone
- Turn Bluetooth off on your phone
- Turn your phone off
- Turn your phone back on
- Turn Blueototh back on
- Go back to Biostrap App and see if your devices are getting connected
**STILL NOT CONNECTING??**
