Does Biostrap do 24/7 or continuous readings?

Hi there!

Currently, we do not take continuous readings or readings in real time.

We do take measurements throughout the day. We take a high-definition snapshot using our clinical-quality sensors to gather biometrics such as resting HR, HRV, SpO2, and respiratory rate.

These samples are taken every 10 minutes on our default setting, and every 5 minutes or 2 minutes on the increased biometric recording frequency setting. Keep in mind, increased biometric recordings will reduce battery life.
