Does Biostrap show a recovery score?
Yes, we recently debuted our Recovery Score!
We compute the Recovery Score using today's resting heart rate, nocturnal HRV, Sleep Score, and sleep efficiency.
RHR Factor - We don't use the baseline Resting Heart Rate for the Recovery Score.
Instead, we compute it by looking at your RHR numbers for the last 30 days and determining the number of times your RHR was higher than today's number.
HRV Factor - We don't use the baseline HRV for the Recovery Score.
Instead, we compute it by looking at your HRV numbers for the last 30 days and determining the number of times your HRV was lower than today's number.
The final recovery score is computed by combining RHR Factor, HRV Factor, Sleep Score, and sleep efficiency.
