How do I retrieve a missing sleep session?

In the event the Biostrap was charged but sleep was not recorded, you can try adding a sleep session to pull in biometric data from the estimated time you were sleeping. 

To add a sleep session: 

  1. Click the Sleep tile on the day there is No Data
  2. On the top right, click the three white dots 
  3. Click Add Sleep Session
  4. Enter the estimated sleep times

From there, Biostrap should pull in the data and adjust to the exact sleep times.
