How do I take a manual biometrics reading?

With manual biometrics readings, you can take a snapshot of your biometrics at any given time.

Make sure to sit quietly and stay still when recording!

To take a manual biometrics recording in the Biostrap app, please go to:

Record > Biometrics > Check any options you'd like for the particular recording> Start

Email me a report will send the session results to your email.

Save Biometric Session will add the results from the session to your dashboard.
