How to Improve Syncing

The best way to improve syncing times is to check the app several times throughout the day, and allow it to fully sync data.

Working Out

You can keep the App running in foreground without turning your phone off and carry it with you while working out.

Data from the devices will be continuously syncing while you are working out. When you click END button, syncing would not take more than few seconds as most of the data is already synced.

After a completing a workout recording, keep the devices near your phone and keep the app open.

Sleeping

Generally, it should not take more than a few minutes to fully sync an eight-hour sleep session.
