My Biostrap keeps disconnecting from the app

Occasionally when opening the app, the devices may appear disconnected until the app comes into the foreground.

The app will try to re-establish the connection, which should take anywhere between 5 to 20 seconds. From here on, the devices should stay connected.

If you are noticing your wristband device keeps disconnecting from the Biostrap app, please:

  1. Try Resetting the device(s)
  2. Tap on the disconnected image and select "Remove device", restart the app, then try to pair the device again
  3. Turning your phone's Bluetooth off then back on
  4. Restarting your phone
