My step count is not increasing, what's going on?

Sometimes it takes time to get STEPS count updated from the server. Please wait for a minute or so.

If even after waiting, the STEP count is not increasing, please check the following things:




  • Go to the “Settings” tab to confirm that the wristband and/or shoe pod is connected to the App.

  • This can also happen when you don’t have (or have a very poor) internet connection. Please make sure you're either using Wi-Fi or have good cellular reception and internet connection, restart the app, and then let it sync again.
