Recovery Score Detail Page

Similar to our Sleep Score, the Recovery Score on your dashboard will further explain how well you've recovered from the previous day. Besides your overall Score, the detail page also includes four contributing factors considered to calculate the Recovery Score:

  • Today's Nocturnal Heart Rate Variability compared with the Nocturnal HRV from the previous 5-30 days
  • Today's Resting Heart Rate compared with the RHR from the previous 5-30 days
  • Today's Sleep Efficiency 
  • Today's Total Sleep Duration
