Shipping Options within the USA:
Orders within the United States over $100 are eligible for free shipping.
Orders under $100:
- USPS First Class for a flat rate of $8
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day
- UPS Next Day
Orders over $100:
- Free Shipping (which is USPS First Class)
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day
- UPS Next Day
Shipping Notes:
- All orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days to be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout
- Units are packaged and shipped during standard business hours (we don't ship Saturday or Sundays)
- In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded and international customers are responsible for shipping the return package back to us. Learn more here.
Shipping Speeds:
The domestic options will display an estimated delivery time.
However, it is very important to note that USPS does not guarantee the delivery date and this is only an estimate. We've also noticed frequent delays with this option.
If you need guaranteed delivery on a specific day (ie, for a gift), we strongly suggest choosing a UPS option!
However, Biostrap is unable to refund additional shipping costs due to delays by any carrier.
