Understanding the Sleep Detail page

Sleep is extremely important for overall health!

When wearing your wristband device at night, you're able to capture sleep data and learn more about your recovery.

Your Biostrap App Dashboard shows you a summary of how many hours and minutes you slept, plus deep biometric data to give you insight into how well you slept.

When you click the Sleep circle on the right of your dashboard, you can access the details for that sleep session and learn how you got that sleep score (66 in this example).

Scrolling down on this page, you will see your biometric readings captured throughout the night, your time spent in various sleep stages, and any arm disturbances for this session.
