What is the aging index on the Pulse Report?


The Aging Index that we show on the bottom of the Pulse Report has to do with the health of your arteries. The lower the number, the better!


We will be incorporating more explanations of various metrics shown in the Pulse Report, plus some simple lifestyle changes to improve these metrics.

For example" Exercising, good sleep quality, stress management, clean eating, extended periods of water fasting, eating more "good" fats, high quality omega- 3 supplements, etc. will help you improve your Arterial and Peripheral elasticity (AE and PE) and Aging Index.
